For more than 20 years, Steve Healy’s career has spanned across countless real estate sectors, and alongside operational and leadership roles for both public and private companies. Steve's career began in residential real estate, where he has completed more than $1.2B in transactions to date. He has been recognized as a leader in this space numerous times by local and national publications and media outlets.

Steve also founded and contributed to the growth of a leading vacation ownership business which went public and raised more than $200M in equity and debt capital in both private and public markets. This company acquired and sold assets in more than 30 states and four countries. In 2019, Steve created a small real estate investment fund with two of his top real estate clients and friends. Since its first acquisition in 2019, the fund has grown to more than $200M in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across several states.

Creating companies and discovering opportunities across various real estate asset classes is one of Steve’s passions, and it continues to drive his success. Steve currently resides in Windermere, Florida, with his wife Danielle and their two children, Chase and Ava.
