Central Florida resident Paul Richards became a real estate agent 21 years ago. Before real estate, he was in luxury retail, with his last position being with Barneys New York. Paul obtained his license and learned right away that the combination of knowledge and white-glove service was the way to his success. The markets were swift, and managing clients was his number one priority. When the markets shifted, he was always on point to learn what the new strategies were for a successful transaction. Paul used the arts of time management, communication, and problem-solving while navigating a competitive, sometimes challenging market and trying to find exactly what his clients wanted in a property.

Paul represents buyers, sellers, and investors from all over the state of Florida and is committed to working in the best interest of each and every client. He’s been lauded for being “the consummate professional” and known for “getting this deal done” due to his emphasis on concierge service standards he sets for himself. The art of real estate is all based on knowledge, ethics, and relationships, and all of these are the core of Paul’s beliefs.

Born into a military family, he has traveled the United States and abroad. His fascination with design and architecture started at a young age. His family moved quite often, and he was always enamored with the adventure of discovering new places and what elements of design they brought forth.

Paul currently is President of the Southeast Region for Canine Companions and also Vice-Chair of the Diversity Board of the Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, cooking, and his dogs Wellington Poppy.
